Service Information<\/h2><p>Costalocker provides users with an online platform for booking and renting storage lockers of various sizes, available at designated locations.<\/p><p>The service is available to legal entities and individuals over the age of 18 who comply with the conditions outlined herein.<\/p><p><br \/>\u00a0<\/p><h2>3. User Obligations<\/h2><p>The User agrees to:<\/p><ul><li>Use the website and services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms.<\/li><li>Refrain from storing prohibited items in the lockers, as specified in our usage policy.<\/li><li>Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the booking process.<\/li><li>Safeguard their access credentials and codes, assuming full responsibility for their use and any resulting misuse or negligence.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>\u00a0<\/p><h2>4. Purchase and Payment Process<\/h2><p>All purchases are made online through Costalocker\u2019 official website.<br \/>Prices, taxes, and specific service conditions will be clearly displayed during the reservation process.<\/p><p>Payment must be made through the secure online platforms enabled by Costalocker.<\/p><p><br \/>\u00a0<\/p><h2>5. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><p>According to Article 103 of the Spanish General Law on Consumer Protection,\u00a0<strong>the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully executed or has begun with the consumer\u2019s explicit consent<\/strong>\u00a0before the 14-day period expires.<\/p><p>However, if the service has not started, the User may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of booking.<\/p><p>To exercise this right, the User must send a clear statement of their decision to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@costalocker.es\"><strong>info@costalocker.es<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p><p>Where applicable, Costalocker will reimburse the User within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that the service has not yet begun.<\/p><p><br \/>\u00a06. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)<\/p><p>In the event of a dispute, consumers have the option to use the European Union\u2019s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a>. This platform allows consumers to submit complaints and resolve disputes out of court.<\/p><p><br \/>\u00a0<\/p><h2>7.
