Introducci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">as presentes Condiciones Generales regulan el uso y la contrataci\u00f3n del servicio de alquiler de taquillas ofrecido por\u00a0<strong>Costalocker<\/strong>, marca comercial de\u00a0<strong>Montero y Romero Integral Services S.L.<\/strong>\u00a0(CIF: B21935374), a trav\u00e9s del sitio web\u00a0<a style=\"color: #003300;\" href=\"https:\/\/costalocker.es\/\">costalocker.es<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Estas condiciones constituyen un contrato vinculante entre el Usuario y el titular del servicio, en adelante \u201cel Propietario de las consignas\u201d.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">2. Descripci\u00f3n del Servicio<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Costalocker permite a los usuarios alquilar taquillas de distintos tama\u00f1os por per\u00edodos de 24 horas, con acceso limitado al horario operativo del establecimiento (de 09:00 a 23:00 horas).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Todas las reservas ser\u00e1n v\u00e1lidas desde el momento en que el Usuario complete el proceso de reserva.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Tras hacer la reserva, el Usuario recibir\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico de confirmaci\u00f3n, y media hora antes del inicio del per\u00edodo reservado recibir\u00e1 un recordatorio para gestionar su reserva.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">3. Tipos de Consignas Disponibles<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">[marca comercial] ofrece dos tipos de consignas: M y L, con las siguientes medidas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Taquilla M:<\/strong>\u00a039,5 cm (alto) x 43 cm (ancho) x 56 cm (profundo). Adecuada para maletas de cabina.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Taquilla S:\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1px;\">10,5 cm alto x 24 cm ancho x 36,5 cm profundidad<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Taquilla L:<\/strong>\u00a082 cm (alto) x 43 cm (ancho) x 56 cm (profundo). Puede albergar:<\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Opci\u00f3n 1: Dos maletas de cabina y dos mochilas.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Opci\u00f3n 2: Una maleta mediana y una mochila.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Opci\u00f3n 3: Una maleta grande y un bolso de mano.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Opci\u00f3n 4: Tres maletas de cabina.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">4. Uso de las Taquillas<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Dentro de los l\u00edmites establecidos en este documento (ver Secci\u00f3n 13: \u201cProhibiciones\u201d), el Usuario puede introducir libremente su equipaje en la(s) taquilla(s) alquilada(s), siempre que respete las dimensiones, el tiempo contratado y las restricciones indicadas.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">5. Disponibilidad de Consignas<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">El Usuario puede verificar la disponibilidad de consignas a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web\u00a0<a style=\"color: #003300;\" href=\"https:\/\/booking.costalocker.es\/booking\">[url reservas]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">6. Duraci\u00f3n del Alquiler<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">La duraci\u00f3n del alquiler es de\u00a0<strong>24 horas consecutivas<\/strong>, a contar desde la hora seleccionada por el Usuario o desde la confirmaci\u00f3n del pago en reservas inmediatas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Horario de acceso:<\/strong>\u00a0de 09:00 a 23:00 horas.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Fuera de ese horario, el Usuario podr\u00e1 seguir dejando sus pertenencias en la taquilla, pero\u00a0<strong>no podr\u00e1 acceder a ellas hasta la reapertura<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">7. Acceso y Responsabilidad<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">El acceso se realiza mediante un c\u00f3digo digital enviado al Usuario una vez completada la reserva.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003300;\">El Usuario es el \u00fanico responsable del uso correcto de dicho c\u00f3digo, as\u00ed como de\u00a0<strong>planificar el acceso dentro del horario operativo<\/strong>\u00a0(de 09:00 a 23:00 h).<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">8. Modificaci\u00f3n o Cancelaci\u00f3n de Reservas<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">El Usuario puede cancelar o modificar su reserva enviando un correo electr\u00f3nico a <a style=\"color: #003300;\" href=\"mailto:info@costalocker.es\">info@costalocker.es<\/a> con <strong>al menos 24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0al inicio del servicio.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003300;\">No se admiten reembolsos fuera de ese plazo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">9. Precios y Pago<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">El precio de alquiler de las taquillas ser\u00e1 el indicado en la p\u00e1gina web en el momento de la contrataci\u00f3n.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Los precios incluyen IVA y corresponden al uso de una taquilla (seg\u00fan su tama\u00f1o) durante el per\u00edodo reservado.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">10. Proceso de Reserva<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Reservar en Costalocker es f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido. Sigue estos pasos:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Selecciona los servicios:<\/strong>\u00a0Elige los servicios que deseas reservar en Costalocker. Haz clic en cada servicio para ver una descripci\u00f3n detallada, caracter\u00edsticas y precios.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Reserva:<\/strong>\u00a0Haz clic en &#8220;Reservar&#8221; para seleccionar el servicio o los servicios que desees y completar la reserva.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Finaliza la Compra:<\/strong>\u00a0Pulsa &#8220;Finalizar compra&#8221; para continuar con el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Introduce tus Datos:<\/strong>\u00a0Proporciona tu [nombre], [apellidos], [tel\u00e9fono] y [email] para completar la compra.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Acepta las Condiciones:<\/strong>\u00a0Al procesar el pedido, el Usuario acepta las presentes Condiciones de Venta y elige el medio de pago entre los ofrecidos por Costalocker.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Confirmaci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0Tras finalizar el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n, recibir\u00e1s un correo electr\u00f3nico con la confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva y los c\u00f3digos de acceso a la consigna.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Si necesitas un justificante de contrataci\u00f3n o factura, contacta con nosotros enviando un correo a <a style=\"color: #003300;\" href=\"mailto:info@costalocker.es\">info@costalocker.es<\/a><\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">11. Reporte de Incidencias<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">En caso de bloqueo, aver\u00eda u otras incidencias con las consignas, el Usuario puede contactar al servicio de asistencia de Costalocker llamando al n\u00famero indicado en la web o enviando un correo a <a style=\"color: #003300;\" href=\"mailto:info@costalocker.es\">info@costalocker.es<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">12. Equipaje Olvidado o Abandonado<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Una vez superado el per\u00edodo contratado, el equipaje podr\u00e1 quedar retenido hasta que se abone el coste adicional correspondiente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Si transcurren\u00a0<strong>10 d\u00edas naturales<\/strong>\u00a0sin que el Usuario responda ni realice el pago, se considerar\u00e1 que el equipaje ha sido\u00a0<strong>abandonado voluntariamente<\/strong>, y Costalocker quedar\u00e1 facultado para disponer de su contenido conforme a lo permitido por la ley.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\">13. Prohibiciones<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Est\u00e1 expresamente prohibido el uso de las taquillas para guardar:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Drogas, armas, explosivos o sustancias ilegales.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Productos inflamables o contaminantes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Objetos robados, pornogr\u00e1ficos o peligrosos.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Animales, alimentos perecederos o restos biol\u00f3gicos.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Efectos personales de alto valor (joyas, dinero, ordenadores port\u00e1tiles, etc.).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">El incumplimiento exime a Costalocker de toda responsabilidad y puede dar lugar a intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-287e8ff elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"287e8ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInRight&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Terms of Use and Contracting<\/h2><h2>1. Introduction<\/h2><p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the use and booking of locker rental services provided by\u00a0<strong>Costalocker<\/strong>, a registered trademark of\u00a0<strong>Montero y Romero Integral Services S.L.<\/strong>, through the website\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/costalocker.es\/\">[main url]<\/a>.<\/p><p>These conditions constitute a binding contract between the User and the Service Provider, hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Locker Owner&#8221;.<\/p><h2>2. Service Description<\/h2><p>Costalocker allows users to rent lockers of different sizes for 24-hour periods, with access limited to the operational hours of the facility (from 09:00 to 23:00).<\/p><p>All bookings are valid from the moment the User completes the reservation process.<br \/>After booking, the User will receive a confirmation email, and a reminder will be sent 30 minutes before the start of the reserved period.<\/p><h2>3. Types of Lockers Available<\/h2><p>[brand name] offers two types of lockers: M and L, with the following dimensions:<\/p><ul><li><b>M Locker:<\/b> 39.5 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). Suitable for cabin luggage.<\/li><li><b>S Locker:<\/b> 10.5 cm high x 24 cm wide x 36.5 cm deep<\/li><li><b>L Locker:<\/b> 82 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). Can accommodate:<ul><li>Option 1: Two cabin suitcases and two backpacks.<\/li><li>Option 2: One medium suitcase and one backpack.<\/li><li>Option 3: One large suitcase and one handbag.<\/li><li>Option 4: Three cabin suitcases.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Use of Lockers<\/h2><p>Within the limits defined in this document (see Section 13: \u201cProhibited Uses\u201d), the User may freely place their luggage in the rented locker(s), provided they respect the size, time limits, and restrictions indicated.<\/p><h2>5. Locker Availability<\/h2><p>Users can check locker availability through the website\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/booking.costalocker.es\/booking\">[booking url]<\/a>.<\/p><h2>6. Rental Duration<\/h2><p>The rental period is\u00a0<strong>24 consecutive hours<\/strong>, starting from the time selected by the User or from payment confirmation for immediate bookings.<\/p><p><strong>Access hours:<\/strong>\u00a0from 09:00 to 23:00.<br \/>Outside these hours, Users may\u00a0<strong>continue to store items<\/strong>\u00a0in the locker but\u00a0<strong>will not have access until reopening<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>7. Access to Lockers and Responsability<\/h2><p>Access to the locker is granted via a digital code sent to the User\u2019s email after completing the reservation.<\/p><p>The User is solely responsible for keeping the access code secure and for\u00a0<strong>planning access to their belongings during operational hours<\/strong>\u00a0(09:00 to 23:00).<\/p><h2>8. Modifying or Canceling Reservations<\/h2><p>Users may cancel or modify their booking by writing to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@costalocker.es\">[contact email]<\/a>, at least\u00a0<strong>24 hours prior<\/strong>\u00a0to the start of the rental period.<br \/>No refunds will be issued after that deadline.<\/p><h2>9. Pricing and Payment<\/h2><p>Locker rental prices are those listed on the website at the time of booking.<br \/>Prices include VAT and correspond to the use of a locker (according to the selected size) during the reserved period.<\/p><h2>10. Reservation Process<\/h2><p>Booking at Costalocker is easy and quick. Follow these steps:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Select Services:<\/strong>\u00a0Choose the services you want to book from Costalocker. Click on each service to view a detailed description, features, and prices.<\/li><li><strong>Book:<\/strong>\u00a0Click &#8220;Reserve&#8221; to select the service(s) you want and complete the reservation.<\/li><li><strong>Finalize Purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0Click &#8220;Finalize Purchase&#8221; to continue with the contracting process.<\/li><li><strong>Enter Your Details:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide your [name], [surname], [phone number], and [email] to complete the purchase.<\/li><li><strong>Accept Terms:<\/strong>\u00a0By processing the order, the User accepts these Terms of Sale and chooses the payment method from those offered by Costalocker.<\/li><li><strong>Confirmation:<\/strong>\u00a0After completing the contracting process, you will receive an email with the reservation confirmation and access codes to the locker.<\/li><\/ol><p>If you need a proof of booking or invoice, please contact us by emailing\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@costalocker.es\">[contact email]<\/a>.<\/p><h2>11. Forgotten or Abandoned items<\/h2><p>Refunds will be processed once Costalocker has received payment from the User for the amounts charged for the delivery of goods (depending on the number of items and their destination). If 10 calendar days have passed since Costalocker notified the User in writing of the amount to be paid and the User has not made this payment, it will be considered that the User has abandoned the luggage for all purposes.<\/p><h3>13.
